About

Shannon’s legal career practicing business law spans more than two decades in a variety of areas, including general corporate, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transactions.  Her creativity is especially valuable in drafting contracts and agreements to address the unique situations that a diverse client group brings.  Shannon enjoys creating clear and concise legal documents for business deals and helping employers navigate complex employment situations, such as medical leaves, terminations, and disability accommodations.

Education

Shannon received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management, prior to attending Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was the Executive Notes Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. 

Community

Shannon is a member of the Grants Board of North Central Health Services, and is involved with K-Love Radio, a not-for-profit broadcasting ministry.  She enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with her family.
