Brock Bucher is a corporate and real estate attorney practicing in Gutwein Law’s Indianapolis office.
Brock primarily works with middle market companies to help them achieve their strategic goals, working with them on the full spectrum of their legal needs and serving as their general outside counsel -- from drafting various corporate documents and agreements to guiding them through complex mergers and acquisitions. Specifically, he brings in-depth experience in the supply chain industry having worked closely with carriers and brokers to navigate the intricacies of transportation law.
Further, Brock works with commercial real estate clients to draft purchase agreements, review leases, and secure financing to help get deals closed. He also has experience in helping governmental agencies and entities with regulatory functions, which includes researching various issues related to township governance, amending township ordinances, assisting police departments with their policy and statutory compliance, and ensuring compliance to APRA requests under the Indiana Code.
Brock received his undergraduate degree from Taylor University in Biology before graduating cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Outside of the office, Brock is a big sports fan (especially the NFL and college football), and enjoys outdoor activities and reading.
