Brian's practice is focused on emerging technology companies and encompasses company formation, corporate governance, raising capital, contract and joint venture negotiation, equity compensation, and mergers & acquisitions. His work includes representation of numerous businesses ranging from software providers to professional services, as well as venture capital and private equity funds and angel investors.

Brian lives in Lafayette, Indiana with his wife and twin boys, and in his limited free time he enjoys playing golf. He is the former owner of a coffee shop and still drinks too much espresso.
