Gutwein Law’s trademark monitoring service was added as an effort to help clients police their marks from infringers. If not done properly, you may find it more difficult to assert trademark rights at a later time.

How Our Trademark Monitoring Service Works:

  • Trademark monitoring set up through DocketTrak
  • Daily scanning of all USPTO applications to detect matches
  • Detection of both existing and pending trademark applications
  • Immediate notification to you from Gutwein Law if an alert is received
  • Annual reports of trademark status
  • If infringement is found, we will offer various legal service options

Pricing: $300/registered mark
